Fit Over 50's

There is no denying the evidence that effective exercise interventions, particularly strength training slow down the effects of ageing.

Our Fit Over 50's classes offer the same educated and measured approach as our other group fitness classes, specifically tailored for people over the age of 50.

Delivered by exercise scientists and physiologists, the program is scalable and caters for all levels of fitness. If you are looking to reduce pain, improve function and feel stronger and healthier this session is perfect for you.

Requirements | Water bottle and towel - that’s it!
