The Establish membership gives you unlimited access to our comprehensive group training program available.

Over 80+ sessions available each week covering all ends of the training spectrum.

We offer daily strength & conditioning sessions, yoga, pilates, beginners-specific sessions and much more.

Elevate Program

$175 per week

It’s time to ramp up.

We’ve taken all the best parts of personal training and packaged them with our group fitness program to generate better and more sustainable results - all this whilst still keeping things affordable.

If you genuinely want to make a change to your health and dial in on specifics of your training, this is the program for you.

Resolve injury, get stronger, build fitness and learn more about your health with one of our specialist staff guiding you along the way.

The Process.

Regardless of the membership, here is what to expect:

  • Click the ‘Get Started’ button below, one of our team members will be in touch shortly to book you in for your first session or consultation and answer any questions you may have.

  • Get a tour of our facilities, meet the team and get yourself ready for your first class. Freeing up time 15 min before your first session is the best time to do this.

  • Once you have completed your free session, a member of our team will book you in for a complimentary biomechanical assessment.

  • Using the data from the above assessment and factoring in what you want to achieve - we’ll sit down and map out how you are going to get from point A to B with us - whether that’s group fitness, personal training or a combo.

  • Get stuck into your designed program on the above plan and get moving on a healthier you. Let’s go!
