Elevate Program - $175/wk

It’s time to ramp up.

We’ve taken all the best parts of personal training and packaged them with our group fitness program to generate better and more sustainable results - all this whilst still keeping things affordable.

If you genuinely want to make a change to your health and dial in on specifics of your training, this is the program for you.

Elite Program- $300/wk

Get the lot.

Personal training meets group fitness, high level recovery, periodisation and personalisation in our elite program.

Partnering with TH7 BodyLabs the Elite program is one of the most comprehensive training services available.

Cover every base of health, training and recovery with the best available in the market.

The Process.

Regardless of the product, here is what to expect:

  • One of our team will be in touch over the next 24 hours to answer any questions and book you in for your first session or in house consultation.

  • Get a tour of our facilities, meet the team and get yourself ready for your first class. Freeing up time 15 min before your first session is the best time to do this.

  • Once you have completed your free session, book yourself in for a complimentary biomechanical assessment.

  • Using the data from the above assessment and factoring in what you want to achieve - we’ll sit down and map out how you are going to get from point A to B with us - whether thats group fitness, personal training or a combo.

  • Hit plug in and play on the above plan and get moving on a healthier you.
