The process.
Step 1. Commit - Book an appointment
Step 2. Contact - We get in touch with you BEFORE you come in, to ensure you’re a good fit for our unique rehab system.
Step 3. The initial appointment - we want to get to know you and your history in discriminate detail, and strategise your recovery process giving you 100% clarity on your recovery.
Step 4. Execute the plan - a phase-based approach to your rehab, encompassing elements of gym and field-based training, recovery protocol and treatment sessions.
Step 5. Review - We regularly assess and address each phase of the planned recovery process to make sure we are on track.
Step 6. Return to performance - Reintegration into gym/sporting program with prevention protocol in place for long term success.
