The process.

Step 1. Commit - Book an appointment

Step 2. Contact - We get in touch with you BEFORE you come in, to ensure you’re a good fit for our unique rehab system. 

Step 3. The initial appointment - we want to get to know you and your history in discriminate detail, and strategise your recovery process giving you 100% clarity on your recovery.

Step 4. Execute the plan - a phase-based approach to your rehab, encompassing elements of gym and field-based training, recovery protocol and treatment sessions.

Step 5. Review - We regularly assess and address each phase of the planned recovery process to make sure we are on track.

Step 6. Return to performance - Reintegration into gym/sporting program with prevention protocol in place for long term success.

Physiotherapy

Exercise Physiology is the continuum of prevention, management and treatment for chronic disease and injury.

At Science Of Fitness, we believe in educating our clients to give them a better understanding of their given pathology; this involves teaching them quality movement patterns and promoting justified lifestyle and behavior modification strategies to improve self-efficacy and independence.
