Establish Group Fitness: $55 p/w, no lock in contracts.
Elevate 1:1 Training: $150 p/w, no lock in contracts.
Our Establish group fitness program is built on the back of two principles:

Training in a group environment doesn’t mean you can't facilitate high-quality, evidence-based training. We use scientific principles to formulate our decision-making when it comes to programming, testing and planning allowing us to ensure the most effective outcome possible.

Life is short and we believe it is important to enjoy the process. We foster an environment that connects and elevates people through team-based outcomes and social events, such as Saturday Social Sweat and coffee.

S&C
Bang for your buck!
If you’re looking for a comprehensive fix of both strength and conditioning training elements in a condensed class format, then S&C is perfect for you, as it allows you to have the best of both worlds in an hour-long class. You will work through heavy compound strength movements first, supplemented with accessory exercises to build resilience, then finish it all off with high-intensity conditioning.
This class truly allows you to hit all bases and get a lot of bang for your buck!

Social Sweat
Team-based workout
Every Saturday at 6am, we host our Social Saturdays. This is a team-based workout that is designed to push your limits and train within a group environment. Join us for a tough workout, followed by a coffee after.

Conditioning
HIIT that will push you right to the edge.
Almost 50 minutes of cardio and HIIIT style training designed to build strength and burn bucketloads of energy (body fat). We hustle together as a team to reach new heights.

Yoga
Slow down.
A combination of yin and flow patterns that involves mobility and downregulation to help you feel more relaxed. This will help you recover more effectively to get more out of your training.
