Are you in control?

You’ve probably heard the old saying “You can lead a horse to water but you can’t make it drink.”

Well, it’s true.

You can’t force someone to do something.

Bottom line is if they don’t want to do it, they simply won’t do it.

The same can be said about exercise.

You can educate, inspire and motivate as much as you like - but some people simply don’t care.

This blog post isn’t for those people.

This blog post is for those of you who care about your health and fitness.

I want to ask you something...

Who is responsible for your actions?

Who is responsible for your results?

Who is responsible for your health?

You are.

So, make the time for exercise each week.

Treat exercise like it’s one of the most important things in your life.

Take the time to learn more about your body.

Invest in a quality program, coach or facility.

Be disciplined.

And take pride in the fact that you are in control of your health.

It’s not [insert name here]’s fault that you didn’t get the results you didn’t work for.
