Step 1. Book a call

Step 2. We’d organise an initial consultation & biomechanical assessment 

Step 3. Map out process - your success journey

Step 4. Session 1 - run through microprogram (first 6 weeks)

Step 5. Session 2 - revisit the program & address questions 

Step 6. Execute program within small group sessions

Step 7. Rebook biomechanical assessment & new programming after 4/6wks
