The SOF Strength and Conditioning program is specific for athletes from elite and international level to amateur and beginner.

Strength and Conditioning and the associated principles are part of the foundations on which SOF’s services are built on. S&C forms the attitude in the way we conduct all of our services from group fitness to individual rehabilitation and personal training.

With that, we demand the highest quality of ourselves when it comes to athlete specific strength and conditioning. Our services and take physical neurological and psychological factors into consideration. With level 1 and 2 ASCA coaches available you know you are in safe hands.

Our teams experience with teams and individuals include:

  • Elite level work with Swimming Australia, Aus Cricket, The Western Force Rugby Union, Netball Queensland and Brisbane City Rugby Union.
  • Semi-professional teams including Touch Football Australia and GPS Rugby Club.

Our strength and conditioning services are available as a team or group service, or on an individual basis.

The SOF S&C coaching staff have extensive and quality experience with a range of sporting teams and organisations.

Working within an organisation and alongside a medical and coaching team is a key aspect of our skills and a crucial part in ensuring high level performance.

Periodised programming forms the foundation at which we aspire to ensure teams are physically and mental prepared for their performance.

If you or a player you manage is returning from an injury or hoping to improve key factors of sporting performance, an effective strength and conditioning program is crucial.

Pricing for team strength and conditioning services is tailored to each client.

Individual pricing is all inclusive for $40/week. This covers gym access, programming and a session with your trainer each month for program reviews. Contact us for more information.
